Pentecost University College Admissions Procedure
This is a guide to applying for admissions at PentVars. There are two modes of application, online and by post. Kindly read the instructions under the suitable headlines.
Online Applicants
- Purchase an eVoucher of Ghs 80 in Ghana from Prudential Bank or UniBank. See other options and required documents under sections Local Applicants (Ghanaians) or International Applicants (Non-Ghanaians) below.
- Go to the admissions tab
- Click on the required Online Admissions link
- Fill the forms appropriately
- Click on the send button when you are done
- Print a copy of the filled forms
- Add certified copies of your relevant certificates

Applying by post
- Purchase Pentecost University College Forms at any of these outlets:
- All Church of Pentecost Area Offices
- Ghana Post Office (EMS counters in all regional branches nationwide)
- FedEx offices nationwide
- Pentecost University Main Campus, Sowutuom – Accra (Accounts Office)
- ECOBANK, Abeka Branch
- Fill form appropriately
- Add certified copies of your certificates and all relevant documents (including 3 passport pictures. Please make sure you endorse one (1) of them per the instructions on the form)

Local Applicants should please note that the online application will require scanned copies of result slip, passport size photograph and an eVoucher PIN of GHS 80.00 from Prudential Bank or UniBank. Alternately, you can pay for the PIN of GHS 80.00 for the admission form through Mobile Money by dialing *924*12# and following the prompts or through Credit Card payment of the GHS 80.00. .
International Applicants (Non-Ghanaians)
Online application for International Applicants will require scanned copies of result slip and scanned passport size photograph. Note: International Applicants are exempted from paying admission form.
