I have received a number of calls and text messages in the last couple of days after publishing on an audio recording in which one Mr. Attobrah was demanding an amount of Ghc 8500 from one of the candidates in the University of Ghana 2018 SRC race.
I have also taken note of a number of articles written to drag the credibility of the network I represent (LegonConnect) into disrepute.
I have in no point mentioned that the TESCON President was part of the said meeting where the audio type was taken.
I only wrote on the content in the audio tape. On the tape, Mr. Attobrah stated categorically that he has been friends with Livinus who is the Tescon president from day one so whatever he says will be final.
He requested for the said amount in order to sell his integrity to the SRC candidate in addition to Tescon endorsement.
The intention of the previous article was not to tarnish the image of anyone in particular but rather to bring to light an occurrence that undermines the integrity of the SRC elections
At LegonConnect, we pride ourselves in serving the prospective tertiary student and the tertiary student with relevant, reliable and accurate information without fear of threats, intimidation or what so ever that may come with it.
I still stand by the content in the publication and LegonConnect is working hard to bring you the Tescon president Livinus Kwaku Bondzie’s Side of the story as soon as possible.
